Nightly Capacity: Some time slots and nights may sell out in advance. To ensure you are able to visit on the night you wish, purchase your tickets in advance. You may be grouped with others.
Timed Ticketing: We utilize Timed Ticketing to alleviate your wait time, General Admission tickets are specific to a time window. This time window represents the time you may enter the queue line. All times are approximate. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your time slot. We can not accommodate arrivals more than 20 minutes past their time slot.
No Refunds - All Tickets are Date and Time Specific.

For an additional fee, Speed Pass holders gain access to a dedicated queue that significantly reduces wait times. Speed Pass groups can enter together (1–7 guests), and are not required to be grouped with strangers. Note: Speed Passes are limited and may sell out.
